The Ministry of Public Administration and Regional Development published a report on how government offices checked in 2025 the work of authorities supervising estate agents and condominium managers. According to the report, the authorities typically examine registration conditions fully. Shortcomings were also found in several counties: for example, in Pest County the compulsory notification of notifiers was missed in 9 cases. In most cases the authorities applied no sanction, that is a warning or fine, against service providers in default.
