The government added a new measure list to the list of subsidies linked to the recovery plan. HUF 53.3 billion of EU recovery funds goes to purchasing and installing smart electricity meters, with electricity distribution companies as beneficiaries, for example E.ON, ELMÜ, OPUS TITÁSZ and MVM's network companies. HUF 479.7 billion goes to distribution and transmission licensees for grid development to integrate weather-dependent renewable energy sources. Both programmes are implemented through calls, and the minister of rural and settlement development is responsible for implementation.
Weight: 3/3 · substantive · Concrete decision to be implemented (largest amount named about HUF 480 billion).
