Draft: the government would align several waste management decrees with the new EU waste shipment and packaging regulations and the change in the European waste list. The amendments are mostly technical and would set the content of the licence application needed for extended producer responsibility. According to the draft, paper cups containing small amounts of plastic could be placed on the market even after 30 June 2026, because there are few fully plastic-free substitutes; comments could be sent until 25 June 2026.

Weight: 1/3 · Technical amendment; the substance of the rules does not change.
