(VIII. 3.) Korm. határozat – A magánpiaci hitelezéshez kapcsolódó állami támogatások és garanciák felülvizsgálatának eredményeképpen szükséges intézkedésekről

To meet the commitments needed to draw EU recovery funds, the government is reviewing state aid and guarantees supporting corporate loans. The aim is to significantly reduce state risk-taking and bring the level of state guarantees relative to GDP down to the EU average. The total 2026 ceiling for state counter-guarantees falls from HUF 12,800 billion to HUF 11,200 billion, effective 31 August 2026 at the latest. For Széchenyi Card MAX+ products the interest would be at the level of the 3-month BUBOR, and the guarantee would become optional. A report is prepared on MFB's state guarantees, and the government undertakes in a letter to the European Commission to implement the recommendations.

Weight: 3/3 · substantive · Concrete decision to be implemented (largest amount named about HUF 11.2 trillion).
