A finance ministry decree set how much municipalities must pay in after their 2025 local business tax surplus. The 2025 winners of the "Hungary's talent and good student, good athlete" award were published.
The finance minister published how much each settlement must pay by 30 June 2026 based on the surplus of its 2025 local business tax revenue. The amounts per municipality are in the decree's annex, and payment is made through net financing. The decree enters into force on the day after publication and expires at the end of 2027.
