The government declared a priority investment the construction of a riverbed sill in the Danube near Paks and Dunaszentbenedek and a temporary partial closure of the riverbed with floating structures. The construction is exempt from the water rights construction permit, and the environmental operating permit must be applied for by 30 September 2026.
