Draft laws (public consultation)

Draft partialPublic consultation on postponing sanctions related to diagnostic testsTársadalmi egyeztetés a diagnosztikai vizsgálatok szankcióinak elhalasztásárólMinistry of Health

Draft: a Ministry of Health decree would postpone funding sanctions linked to the reporting deadline for imaging examinations (for example CT and MRI). According to the draft, the sanctions would apply from the November settlement instead of April, so that providers and IT systems can prepare. The rule aims to separate funding of image acquisition and reporting, partly because of the spread of teleradiology; comments could be sent until 28 July 2026.

Weight: 2/3 · partial · Draft put out for public consultation, containing only a review or a concept (comments until 28 July 2026).

Deadline: 28 July 2026 · Comments: [email protected]

Official introduction (original Hungarian): Az intézkedés célja, hogy a képalkotó diagnosztikai vizsgálatok leletezési határidejéhez kapcsolódó finanszírozási szankciók bevezetését elhalassza annak érdekében, hogy az egészségügyi szolgáltatók és a szükséges informatikai rendszerek megfelelően felkészülhessenek az új szabályok alkalmazására.
