The government decree setting out the tasks and powers of the new government's members was published.
By decree, the government set the duties and powers of the members of the new government, the Prime Minister and the individual ministers. The decree follows Act XIII of 2026 listing the ministries. It lays down, for example, that the Prime Minister represents Hungary in the European Council and only he may propose amending this decree. The long decree lists tasks ministry by ministry; the processed text is incomplete, so we do not summarise the details here.
