On the Prime Minister's proposal, the President dismissed András Koltay, president of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority, as of 1 July. The director-general of the National Information Centre was also replaced.
The government aligned several government decrees on public procurement, EU development policy and defence procurement with amendments to the public procurement act and the defence procurement act. For classified procurement and procurement affecting essential security interests, the earlier name "exemption procedure" changes to "approval procedure". For such EU-funded procurement, the beneficiary must first request the managing authority's consent. According to the decree, the procedure does not change substantively; the amendment is technical and clarifying. The decree enters into force on the day after publication.

On the proposal of the minister responsible for the civilian national security services, the Prime Minister dismissed Dr Anna Hatala, director-general of the National Information Centre. The dismissal is effective from 2 July 2026. The resolution does not provide for her successor.

The transport and investment minister amended the decree on managing chapter-administered and centrally managed appropriations in the ministry's chapter. The 2026 tasks of the appropriations follow the new title structure; the legal titles include, for example, the costs of operating toll systems. It also aligns the state aid titles with a 2025 European Commission decision on compensation for public services.
