A draft would create three new university programmes and add an artificial intelligence computing master's to the official list; this is only a proposal, with comments open until 18 August. Two more drafts concern reorganising public transport.
Draft: a decree of the Ministry of Education and Children would add four new programmes to the list of higher education programmes. Higher vocational programmes in organic farming and biotechnology and a master's in re-education would be created, and a master's in artificial intelligence informatics would also be added to the list. The organic farming programme was initiated by the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, and graduates could also run their own organic farm. According to the impact assessment, the change involves no extra budget spending; comments could be sent until 18 August 2026.

Official introduction (original Hungarian): A felsőoktatásban szerezhető képesítések jegyzékéről és az új képzések létesítéséről szóló 65/2021. (XII. 29.) ITM rendelet módosításának eredményeként három új szak jön létre a felsőoktatásunkban, továbbá a mesterségesintelligencia-informatika mesterképzési szak a felsőoktatási szakjegyzék részévé válik.
Draft: a decree of the Ministry of Transport and Investment would set the requirements for executives of the company managing railway vehicles. A higher education degree in engineering, economics, science, law or finance and at least three years of railway, financial or risk management experience would be needed, and executives would also have to make a conflict of interest declaration; comments could be sent until 18 August 2026.

Draft: the Ministry of Transport and Investment would adjust several transport decrees to the new ordering model, in which intercity public transport is ordered by the national transport organiser. Quality and quantity checks of services and timetable tasks would move to the transport organiser. The transport organiser's employees would get the rail travel discount; comments could be sent until 18 August 2026.
