Under the Prime Minister's decree, if he is unavailable he is replaced by Anita Orbán, and if she is also unavailable, by Bálint Ruff. Two deputy state secretaries were dismissed.
By decree, Prime Minister Péter Magyar designated minister Bálint György Ruff as deputy prime minister for cases where both he and deputy prime minister Anita Orbán are prevented from acting. The decree entered into force at 1 pm on the day of publication.
