The defence minister's decree adjusts the rules on military ID documents to the new, uniform legal status of voluntary reservists. Service ID cards of voluntary reservist soldiers will all be grey-green, instead of the earlier purple and brown shades that differed by reservist type. It clarifies where the loss or damage of the document or a change of data must be reported: active personnel at the personnel unit, and retired personnel and military pensioners at the military administration body of their place of residence. Draft: the interior minister would amend the decree on public health requirements of guarded immigration facilities and asylum reception facilities. The change is technical: the words "vármegye" and "vármegyei" are replaced by "megye" and "megyei" (county), because Parliament restored the name "megye" by law in 2026 and this must also be carried over into ministerial decrees. The amendment would enter into force on the day after publication. Comments could be sent until 3 October 2026.
