Gov. decree substantiveGovernment decree 94/2026 (VI. 18.): Amending certain government decrees on development policy94/2026. (VI. 18.) Korm. rendelet – Egyes fejlesztéspolitikai tárgyú kormányrendeletek módosításáról

The government aligned the government decrees on EU development funds with the new ministry structure. The most important new rule is that a project originally planned from EU cohesion funds can switch to funding from the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). This requires that the project meets the goal of an RRF call, does not cause double funding and helps meet the committed milestones. An RRF support framework appropriation is created, managed by MFB Hungarian Development Bank. The name of the fraud detection system in the texts changes from ARACHNE to ARACHNE+.

(VI. 18.) Korm. rendelet – A Nemzeti Kommunikációs Hivatal jogállásáról és a kormányzati kommunikációs beszerzésekről szóló 162/2020. (IV. 30.) Korm. rendelet módosításáról

The government made the use of the National Communications Office's centralised procurement system for communications, organisational development and event organisation voluntary. According to the justification, the aim is that until a comprehensive reform of centralised procurement, institutions can buy these services in the most economical way. Institutions can procure independently or ask the Office to handle it; the Office can decide on grounds of expediency to return the request. As a rule, no new procurement can be started under the Office's existing framework agreements after entry into force. The decree enters into force on the day after publication.
