The government amended the investments of the Catching-up Settlements programme financed from EU recovery (RRF) funds so that they can be completed by changing deadlines. According to the resolution, no new funding is needed for this. It reduced the budget of two lines (for example from 45.14 to 14.08) and stated that part of the funds can be used until 31 December 2027. The public administration minister must examine whether part of some amounts can be reallocated to other EU programmes. The resolution was still signed by Viktor Orbán.

Curia decisionDecision no. Köf.5.004/2026/3. – Decision of the Municipal Council of the CuriaKöf.5.004/2026/3. számú határozat – A Kúria Önkormányzati Tanácsának határozata

At the request of the Pest County Government Office, the Curia's Municipal Council annulled two provisions of Zebegény's organisational and operational rules because they conflict with other legislation. One allowed debate to continue and a new vote to be held in case of a tie, whereas in such a case the proposal counts as rejected. The Curia also found that the village had not regulated which committee deals with councillors' conflicts of interest; it must make up for this by 30 June 2026. The Curia refused to annul a third challenged provision.
