The government named András Kármán instead of Márton Nagy as Hungary's representative at the International Monetary Fund. A decree puts in place the new system for ordering train and bus services.
The government decree adjusts several transport government decrees to the new ordering model of intercity public transport, with a national transport organiser. The rules on rail and bus passenger transport and passenger rights also apply to the national transport organiser when it performs the tasks of a rail or bus company. The decree on purchasing clean vehicles also changes, and the name of the old Ministry of Construction and Transport is replaced by the Ministry of Transport and Investment. The decree enters into force on the day after publication.

The government dismisses Márton István Nagy from the post of alternate governor representing Hungary at the International Monetary Fund. From 6 August 2026 it appoints András Miklós Kármán in his place. The foreign minister must inform the International Monetary Fund of this.
