Draft: the government would amend the public finance implementation and accounting government decrees because of the change in government structure. Aligned with the new ministry structure, the amendment sets the bodies directing budget chapters and their heads. Temporarily, some chapters would not have to pay because of deviations from the monthly cash flow forecast; the Treasury could first set such a payment in March 2027.
