Parliament revoked the founding charter of the Public Service Foundation supervising public media and adopted the founding charter of the new Independent Public Media Board. The Foundation's assets other than funds revert to the state, and the Board takes over its rights, obligations and funds. The employment of the Office's staff continues, and interim management operates until the Board's members are elected, during which no employees may be hired or dismissed. The Board must preserve the Foundation's website and documents as an archive. The resolution enters into force on 26 July 2026.
