Parliament adopted a lengthy act to make EU funds accessible, to meet the so-called super milestones linked to the recovery plan. According to the preamble, the act is part of implementing the political agreement between the Prime Minister and the President of the European Commission. It tightens the rules on asset declarations and gives the Integrity Authority the power to check them. It provides for abolishing public interest asset management foundations (KEKVA), amends criminal procedure to fight corruption, increases competition in public procurement and expands the data to be published in the Central Public Data Register. The details of the full, very long text of the act have not been processed here.
