VTM rendelet – A fejezeti kezelésű előirányzatok és a központi kezelésű előirányzatok kezeléséről és felhasználásáról szóló 4/2024. (IV. 11.) KTM rendelet módosításáról

The decree of the minister of rural and settlement development creates a new support scheme called the Asbestos Removal Fund. Municipalities can apply for cleaning up sites where asbestos-containing crushed stone from Burgenland quarries was used and an accredited test confirms a health risk; private properties can also be covered through the municipality. Only municipalities with an asbestos map can apply, and they must undertake to prove by measurement every three months until the end of the maintenance period that the risk has ended. Own contribution is at most 30% for cities with county rights, at most 20% for other towns and at most 10% for villages, and pre-financing is available. The decree entered into force on the day after publication.
